CS Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Knowing the opinion of polls in this place I'll just leave as an open discussion, who do you think will be the last current UFC champion to lose their belt? For those who don't remember the current champs are: HW: Brock Lesnar LHW: Lyoto Machida MW: Anderson Silva WW:GSP LW: BJ Penn Personally my moneys on Machida, nobody so far has even come close to cracking this egg, I don't believe he's ever lost a round never mind a fight. If we were to see a focused BJ every time he walks into the octagon then I'd say him but he's always been hit and miss getting motivated to train for his fights enough, his cardio is always questionable. Nemo Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 so... do we ignore the fact that silva's been champ for almost 3 years now? lesnar will probably last the longest. he's in the least competitive division and will have less fights against shittier opponents. Quote
CS Posted July 26, 2009 Author Posted July 26, 2009 Now you've got me thinking Lesnar, the only guys in that division that could take the title from him are both past their prime. He's fighting Carwin next I believe who's basically a lesser version of Brock with a better stand-up game. Quote
