CS Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Whatever that wasn't what I was trying to do so ya'll can screw off. I just want them to know what its like before they make a decision for themselves which probably would've stopped me if I knew about them as much as I do now. I did one cycle and that was enough of an experience for one lifetime. Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 And I'm critcised at times for the occasional joint. Quote
Niles Jansen The Third Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Watched this documentary "Bigger, Stronger, Faster". Really good for steroid related discussion. But as of right now steroids would probably not help me as much other then help me getting this knee stronger, as I just started this program called P90X(torrent download) - but with It I'm not really lifting heavy; just light with a lot of reps. It's pretty intense. I was interested as soon as I saw some of the results online. Some really impressive stuff. Quote
CS Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 C.J. I feel for ya man, I got forced into those kind of workouts after I developed tendonitis in my shoulder could only support up to 10 pounds of weight on it from then on. The next day muscle soreness is on another level, I feel like an old man getting out of bed some days. Quote
CanaMatt Posted July 28, 2009 Author Posted July 28, 2009 And I'm critcised at times for the occasional joint. not by me. I've smoked goddamn crack. and the P90X isn't really much for gaining mass at all... Its more designed for shedding bodyfat, and MAYBE adding a bit of lean mass if you haven't done much lifting previous. If you've already done some heavy lifting though, its almost a guarantee that on the P90X program you will lose some of your muscle mass. From what I have heard though it is a decent program, but if you're following the diet and all that stuff you're going to get leaner as opposed to larger. Quote
Thom Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 What exactly is P90X, cause I just looked it up out of curiosity and some of the 90 day transformations are insane. Quote
CS Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 I'm not sure specifics but its basically low weight workouts with high reps constantly changing the exercises you do to so you strain the muscles differently each time so your body can't get used a routine. The thought behind it is that constantly changing the exercises will "confuse" your muscles and keep you from plateauing. Quote
CanaMatt Posted July 29, 2009 Author Posted July 29, 2009 matt, you have body fat to shed? Oh yeah, I'm pretty decent right now, but since I've been eating truckloads every day to support MAXIMUM MUSCLE GROWTH I've put a little on the gut too, no big deal though, I'll deal with it once I'm done getting jacked. CanaMatt Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 FINALLY got my needles/syringes today(holy shit that was a shit show) Quote
CanaMatt Posted November 13, 2009 Author Posted November 13, 2009 man, i had a bit of a delay with all this shit, finally have everything except for an estrogen control(which I'll be getting next week), I'll be starting first week of December! Phew! Quote
Niles Jansen The Third Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 What are you taking?? I'm thinking of trying a cycle of anavar, as I hear the side effects are mild if present at all - however so are the gains as its produces results much more lean then most roids. Quote
CanaMatt Posted November 25, 2009 Author Posted November 25, 2009 I'll be running test, and maybe diannabol for two weeks, though I haven't decided on that yet. Its not that test produces any less lean gains, its just that the hormonal fluctuation typically causes you to retain some water while you're on cycle, so while some of the weight is definitely water, the legit mass you gain is definitely lean. I don't know too much about anavar, I know thats its typically used in cutting cycles, and has some decent strength gains as well for sure. I also knows it brutally expensive. Quote
