i dunno, i always have to take england winning stuff with a pinch of salt due to the press, the tabloids etc just go waaaay over the top when it comes to rallying the general public into supporting the national team.

i felt sorry for Murray when he lost the semi final at wimbledon due to all the pressure put on him from the press (tho he was "british" when he was doing well and when he was put out he was suddenly "scotish" which i find hilarious)

scotland have a better approach, '98 world cup their official supporters song was "don't come home too soon" by Del Amitri

Northern Ireland would be thrilled to GET to a world or european cup finals tournament lmao
