Women Talking About Football

I think of myself as not being remotely sexist, but when it comes to women discussing football, it just "grinds my gears".

Whether it's the woman commentator BBC hired, or the missus discussing England's performance in tournaments, I just can't seem to stand it.

Does anyone else feel like this?

is that not gabby logan?

anyways, yeah, another exampls is chris moyles breakfast show, whats her name doing the news, discusses football, oooooohhhh annoying.

at the bar for (sorry dude) the "stevie G F.A. Cup Final" the match hits a bit of a lul and all you hear is "oh come on guys, show a bit of support, L-I-V, E-R-P, Double O-l, Liverpool FC" from a big burly woman and it was like - fuck off, dont tell us what to do, its football, get behind the bar and serve us or something.

aside from football i wouldnt deem myself sexist either.

lol,

I dont mind Gabby Logan or Helen Chamberlan, but then again their just presenters, their not actual commentators. I watched a bit of the Womens European Championships this year and the BBC had the women commentator doing commentry, with another retired women footballer alongside her and it just didn't seem to go well. I was just waiting for her to say some fact that was completley wrong so I could point it out and feel superior!
