I believe the expression is "A walking, talking...". So a walking, talking dictionary. "A living and walking" just sounds plain wrong.

And yeah, the THQ contract ends at the end of 2010 apparently. The WWE has been trying to get out of that contract for a few years alledging all kinds of dodgy deals on THQ and Jakks Pacific's part. They've already signed a new action figure deal with Mattel when the current one lapses with Jakks Pacific. I'd assume they will shop the video game license around aswell.
