Downloading help

Sup guys,

I'm trying to download a embedded flash audio file of a website, but I can't really figure out how. I've tried using realplayer, but that won't work.

Any suggestions?

I usually just record it using Sound Recorder or any other audio software. You dont need a mic to do it, you can just record internally.

Here's a video on how to do it using Vista, XP should be pretty much the same.

I actually just got it to work, by downloading a different version of Realplayer and using the browser that's built into that.
