**Red part:

*Simple 153 Resize it to the bigest size. Turn it horizontal. Put it on the edge of the waist, then move it RIGHT on til it reaches the center of the back. x:-98 y:15 SH=100 TR=100

*Copy the last one and move it to the RIGHT so that it looks the same as the left one.
