1. Get The Hex Address

eg. Jeff Hardy : 004C2204 (NTSC)

Jeff Hardy : 004C2067 (PAL)

2A.Open your PC calculator

2B.Goto viewand select Scientific

2C.Select HEX

3.Enter The Hex Code

4.(NTSC to PAL) NTSC HEX-19D=PAL HEX

(PAL to NTSC) PAL HEX+19D=NTSC HEX
