You NEVER leave a paying job unless you have another lined up. Quitting would be the stupidest thing you could do. Especially quitting to rely on gambling.

@Iain: It's a type of social networking / news website but aimed at the local community rather than a global audiance. If I decide to run with it, it'll be setup using Facebook Connect, etc. so you can use it with your Facebook account, etc.

I'll also be running this place and putting more time into keeping all the subsites updated to try and earn more ad revenue.

@Aero: The old method I was using was similar, but had major flaws when you compare it with what i'm doing at the moment. I felt like quitting late last year but decided to see how well I could sustain the winnings. I've now gone from the 29th November to today and made

is there any reason ur spreadsheet does not work in the latest firefox/internet explorer or notepad/wordpad/MS word

He told you it's a spreadsheet and to rename it as .xls (excel). It works fine after that.

I know I wouldn't be quitting my job with the job situation around the world as it is...

It depends on your line of work though. I'm lucky because theres a ton of call centres in the north east that are always looking for staff.

If work offered part time work then i'd jump at the offer, but it's only offered to people with young children.
