I think it's been a good idea to go undercover and find out what it's like to be new again, especially when you then point out the way people acted and let them see how it affects new members (Providing they take it the right way and don't go on the offensive). I observe but never comment unless i feel a compelling urge to do so. I was watching this thread from the beginning and found it rather sad how much people defended themselves.
