Assuming you\'re working backwards - place this directly on top of layer 26 then move the layer it so it is underneath.

Now edit the design and move it so it sticks out slightly at the side to create the border.

Great work on all 3. On the USA Lex Luger I am confused when you say you work the layers backwards. Do I go through in the order you have them listed are do I start from the last one. I am brand new to the CAWs and I have no idea what you mean by that. Also I am having difficulty finding the WWE designs. I believe you made Earthquake and I cant find them anywhere. I can find Tatoos designs and symbols but no WWE!!! I have no idea what to do. I read your post on Earthquake but I did not make much sense to me.

KRadiation made this CAW, but from his description I would say you need to do 1-16 in order, then jump to 27 and go backwards from 27-17.

For the logos, if you edit any item of clothing like a top or shorts, when you select the clothing you should get an option to then add WWE logo's, Letters, Etc. If you click on the WWE logo when you get this option, it'll display all of the logo's.
