Smacktalks Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 US, March 25, 2009 THQ and Jakks Pacific today announced that new superstars and ring gear for WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009 is available now exclusively on Xbox Live for 320 Microsoft Points. The package includes superstars Evan Bourne, Ted DiBiase, and Charlie Haas. The gear that comes along with the wrestlers is only available for use on Chris Jericho. "The addition of downloadable content to the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw franchise is something our fans have requested for many years," said Cory Ledesma, senior creative manager, THQ. "With items such as playable Superstars and new ring gear, consumers can broaden their gameplay experience and stay in step with WWE's weekly television programming." More content is planned to release at a later date and will be available for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 users. Source: IGN Quote
