Smacktalks Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I want to go to the future, NOW. The digital newspaper looks class and makes a load of sense, save the trees! Quote
Thom Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 These things always come 100% true, sometimes a few years before predicted! Do you really want to be walking around and seeing floating vector graphics reminding you of shit? I sure don't. Quote
jitz Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 The newspaper as we know it has been around since 1700, three centuries, I don't think a decade will bring about some monumental change where everyone sits around with a an LCD screen on their lap and reads a digital newspaper. You know what, I own two LCD screens as it is, I can't afford any more than that. Now Microsoft thinks I'm going to own 50 in a decade! If you're a photo sensitive epileptic, you're fucked. Besides that, everyone knows that every form of TV/computer screen causes eye strain and is linked to sight loss, seems Microsoft are looking to get into optometry to fill revenues gaps in the future. Thom Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Err hello? Dumbass? You won't NEED to buy any more LCD screens, Microsoft is going to make your shopping list appear infront of you in the thin air. Did you even watch the documentary video? Quote
jitz Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 No, I was too busy having an epileptic seisure on the floor. Quote

Smacktalks Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 I'm actually going to get an eye test next week, 3 weeks of constant headaches and sore eyes means I can probably wait till 2019 for my LCD paper :2 Quote
