would this be appropriate?

So i have a new girlfriend, weve been going out for a few weeks, and the other day she gave me a cool but kinda cheap ring to remind me of her when i dont see her.

Well i dont have a car and i dont go out much so i cant really just go out and buy a ring to return her favor, BUT, i do have a ring that my ex girlfriend have to me as a gift. I dont think my new girlfriend knows what the ring looks like.

Would it be appropriate to give the ring my ex gave me ot my new girlfriend? Or is it too risky?

mature replies would be appreciated.....

thanks for the quick advice = )

Well depends if they know each other really if they dont suppose you could give her the ring, still i doubt i would do that. If she finds out about the ring, well put it this way it wouldnt work in your favour.

I probably wouldn't do it myself, but if they dont know each other then you'll probably get away with it.

Failing that you could always trade the ring your ex gave you for a different one of the same value.

seems kinda gay! give her something else tht means alot to you, e.g. i gave my now ex the very 1st aerosmith cd i ever bought (partly because it was a single of "our song" and partly because it was i dont wanna miss a thing which is a song that annoys me anyways, but she was never to know)

or, for comical valu - give her aids!

If you're thinking of giving her something your ex gave you seems you ain't too bothered at all.

Cover the ring in pretty glitter and give it to her. She'll never notice it.

skip the ring and give her fallout 3... but on a serious note, it seems kind of tacky (for lack of a better word) to give her a ring just because she gave you one, try giving her something different.
