Where are my achievements?

I have played over a year of career mode and got all the titles... so why have I not got the 360 achievements for doing these things. I gather I might have to start career mode with a female character and get the women's title to get the Gold Rush one but I can't think why I haven't got the 'Year in the Life' one.

I have the feeling when you challenge for the title and it skips to a ppv you may have to play those weeks.

Oh what? You're kidding me. Took me long enough to get as far as I have already. Scary thing is that makes sense, it does say - 'complete 1 year in career mode playing all matches'.
