Smacktalks Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 In recent weeks leading up to this Sunday's WWE No Mercy PPV, Shawn Michaels has reminded everyone how he reinvented the Ladder Match, surely now it's time for THQ to do the same? Let's be honest, it's not going to be hard to add small "Realistic" improvements to the ladder match the same way THQ have in this years Tag Team match with the likes of the Hot Tag, Low Bridge, etc. During a recent interview with Bryan Williams (THQ Creative Director), Bryan talked about how THQ and the WWE wanted this year Quote

ALL STAR Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 What they need to do is start from fresh with the ladder match, and also fix the AI because its is total crap in a ladder match. As for mitb that match is crap. I think they actually need to watch some ladder matches. Quote
XxTool7723xX Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 the other move from the top of the ladder that i would like to see return is the walls of jericho. why would they remove that anyway? ever once in a while when i'm playing as a cruiserweight i still mark out when they bust out the rare neckbreaker to the big guys from the top of the ladder. eliteX Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 Great ideas man, being able to throw people off the ladder and through tables would be amazing! I'd like to see more corner ladder moves when you rest it against the turnbuckle, mainly Jeff's leapfrog legdrop ! Quote
The Smackethdown Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 it's funny how the DoR series had alot of those features. Quote
