Smacktalks Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Anyone watch Heroes this week? I was suprised at just how much happened in the first two episodes. Last year seemed to have a slow start, yet this seasonstarted full of action. It was interesting to see the real Peter trapped inside the villians body, wasn't expecting to see that. Quote
Aero Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 keep in mind paul, due to the writers strike, they are playin catch up! i think we were supposed to find out all the parents abilities in season 2, so some stuff will be rushed! that said, fast paced storylines not only make it more interesting, but its a great reason to watch it again to keep urself on track! kills an hour when ur bored!!!! i was sooooo excited for season 3 and it hasnt disappointed so far, good times! love how since peter has the best ability imo, how they keep finding ways to limit him, memory loss, trapped in another body etc a smart move Quote
Smacktalks Posted September 28, 2008 Author Posted September 28, 2008 Good point, hopefully it'll stick with this fast pace. I'm glad they keep doing things to stop Peter using all his abilities, but I wonder how it'll work with future Peter now there, as he'll have even more powers from people he's met in the future. I wonder who he met to have the ability to place Peter inside someone elses body? (I wouldn't mind putting myse;f into Elle's body...) I wish I watched the recap episode first though, or some old episodes. I kept thinking Linderman died in the last series, so hows he in this one? Then he turned out to be a ghost.. Completely forgot Nathan getting shot was the end of the last series aswell. Quote
Aero Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 i watched them ALL again last month haha. future peter reaslised what he did was wrong and messes up the future, he was annoyed when he discovered current peter was lost, his sole mission now seems to be to give peter back his body then go back to his time, i dont think he'll do much other than that, hence not always needing to use his powers etc! simple fix for this tho - can he not use erm.. whats her names power, the wee girl that matt and mohinder look after? find him in seconds haha Quote
Smacktalks Posted September 28, 2008 Author Posted September 28, 2008 If he goes back to the future now though, wont it be the wrong future? ie. a Paradox? Similer Fix: Go back in time and stop Sylar taking Claires power. Quote
Aero Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 nah, i'm pretty sure HIS future wasnt gonna change, think thats the line they are following Quote
Smacktalks Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 Possibly, wonder why Claire originally turned on him then. Quote
Aero Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 watch episode 3... i think i know why! Quote
Smacktalks Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 Watched it at 7AM this morning, awesome! Looks like Claires gonna start rebelling against her parents and anyone that tries to stop her getting revenge, which would explain why she turns on Peter. As for Peter being trapped inside Jesse, I was expecting that to drag on for a few more episodes yet. Totally didn't see Sylar working for the Company though, I thought Mrs. Petrelli would turn out to be a villian and have him do her work, or is that really her plan? Quote
Aero Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 lmao im still not sure if i liked ep4 or not! was very weird, fear the storyline may turn shit or repetative Quote
