ALL STAR Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 (edited) "The Samoan Bulldozer" is not just a clever moniker for Umaga – it's what he is. Perhaps no other Superstar in WWE lives up to his billing as completely as the 348 pounder. Originally brought to WWE in 2006 by former ECW General Manager Armando Estrada, Umaga comes from a long line of Samoans with a rich history – and a brutal path of destruction – in sports-entertainment. Immediately upon his debut, it was clear that the Samoan Bulldozer would make a lasting impact, targeting and brutalizing the legendary "Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Umaga was bloodthirsty and powerful. Three-minute warnings fell on deaf ears with him. He only knew one speed – full-speed ahead. Maybe he was too simple to comprehend – or maybe he was just fearless – but he wasn't intimidated by WWE heroes and legends. Flair and the rest of WWE knew at that moment that a new monster was on the loose. Since then, Umaga has battled WWE's elite, from John Cena to Triple H and Jeff Hardy, among others. His epic battles with Cena and Hardy over the WWE Championship and Intercontinental Title are modern day WWE classics. And perhaps more than anyone, Umaga pushed Triple H to the limit. Many times The Game needed help walking back to the locker room after his battles with the Samoan Bulldozer. Umaga is not a typical plodding big man; he is a heavyweight who is deceptively quick and can be as comfortable on the top rope as any cruiserweight. These traits, combined with his penchant for sadism, make Umaga very dangerous and perhaps that's why he has been used as a hired gun occasionally by Mr. McMahon http://videomedia.ign.com/ev/ev.swf' flashvars='object_ID=14242649&downloadURL=http://ps3movies.ign.com/ps3/video/article/911/911438/svr_umaga_091908_flvlowwide.flv&allownetworking="all"' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' width='433' height='360' > SIGNATURE MOVES: Samoan Drop 4; Diving Headbutt 2 FINISHERS: Samoan Spike; Umaga Hip Attack ABILITIES: K.O.; Lock Pick; Hammer Throw; Durability; Bloodshed One thing what is up with those shoulders he looks wierd, and his head is tiny. Think this is the worst one on the countdown so far. Edited September 20, 2008 by Sunnyxtremepunk Quote
Sunny Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 I know right. They made this fat fuck so buffed. The best body figure of Umaga so far was definetely in SvR 2008. WTF is THQ thinking? This is just a waste of a character if they don't create his figure well. He looks weird as fuck to me. I think we may need to create another Umaga in CAW mode to match his exact replica. And, I'm pretty confused with the "bloodshed" ability? Now, only certain superstars can make other superstars bleed? Wait, Idk maybe not. In the Orton vs. cena video posted not too far back Cena did make Orton bleed in the match. Quote
Smacktalks Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 I dont mind his figure much, as his face/attire looks good. Check out the glitch in the last screen, the ropes disappear when the see-through ref stands in front of them. Quote
ALL STAR Posted September 20, 2008 Author Posted September 20, 2008 I think Bloodshed may be similar to what the hardcore superstar had last year where they hulk up Quote
