I guess this as as good a place as any to post so... my gradfather had been fighting alzheimer's for quite a while now and he lost the fight because it got to where he stopped eating because he couldn't remember how to swallow. Last night they gave him the last rights with the Catholic priest at his room here in our local nursing home with his Wife and immediate family. He passed around 3:30 pm this afternoon. As a result I'm left up in the air as far as how much time i'll be around forum the next few days because the tentative services are looking like Monday of next week but that can drastically change.
