im slightly disappointed....glad i bought it, but yet, i guess my biggest bitch so far, is the control scheme and some of the shit the computer can pull off...but eh..

Pf, it's been a week now and I lost hope.It's coming out of the UK so I understand they have to cross the channel, but there are many things that need to be transported from UK to Europe/Belgium and vice versa so fuck that.

The kickout meter is perfectly good offline, but online it is impossible.

If you're playing offline, don't use your thumb to wiggle the stick. Place your palm over the stick and very quickly move side to side. It's very satisfying kicking out of a finisher when your torso is full red.

Yeah the computer is quite dumb sometimes, the majority of their moves are reversals. If you're struggling, i'd suggest you turn the games difficulty down untill you have 'mastered' the controls, etc.

Its frustrating. I just can't like the kickout stuff...However, my main bitch right now, the weapon stuff is SO SHIT. Seems like if I'm on the top rope and jump and my opponent has a weapon, he can hit me straight to hte top of the arena......I just feel like with the delays they had putting the game out, it should be more polished in some of the gameplay areas. Things like taking damage when you're standing by the ropes and your opponent rolls in the ring and hits you..the collision detection is GREAT, but eh. Also, it seems like the computer reverses far too often. Perhaps its just me...I still feel like its a decent game for a first go around and a definite relief to have it to play instead of just smackdown or smackdown tho.

I like the chair shots like when im playing Joe i can dive to the outside thinking ill hit him and he will end up smacking me with a chair in mid air.

I'm looking forward to getting my game back tomorrow, I felt the same at first but it started growing on me once I'd played it for awhile.

As for the kickout meter, I quite like it offline. Mainly just so you can see how close you are to kicking out.

I finally got the game and I'm pretty happy.After playing an hour or two I get the impression that it's a "simple" gameplay, but very fun to play.It may depend on it's story mode too much, but that's not so bad.

I would suggest earning some style points first before heading into story mode so you have a few more moves to use.
