I wouldn't say there is a fast way, just go into exhibition and just keep doing off the rope moves and finishers and such for a while and then pin him and you'll get a lot of points, I just played of Ultimate X match for like 20 minutes and got like 50,000 points out of it

what does it take to get abyss, the black hole slam and the canadian destroyer

In order to get Abyss you have to beat him in story, as for the finishers...I can't really tell you because i haven't gotten that far although I do know you'll need more that 460,000 points.
