I haven't found any options to adjust head widths or body widths with the exception of the body having like Athlete, verus Heavy but other then that nothing yet that I have found to this point.

Jawline seems to be the only way to make it wider, but the wide jaws look pretty bad imo.

I think this looks great the way it is.
