My guess they were just locked in that build of the game so the press wouldnt spil the roster. Wont know for sure till its out though.

I hope you don't have to play through the story mode to unlock them, but that most likely won't be the case.

seeing as how not every region has this as yet i will not spoile things but I will say there are some surprises along the way with the game's unlockables verus who's available at the start of things.
