takersfan Posted August 12, 2008 Posted August 12, 2008 There is no such thing as south canda for sure. Quote
phil Posted August 12, 2008 Posted August 12, 2008 There's such thing as Southern Canada, but a South Canada? Perposterous. Quote
Niles Jansen The Third Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I think that was the point of the joke... Quote
CS Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I'm pretty sure it was that aero miss-spelled Canada. Quote
Niles Jansen The Third Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 lmao, oh. good show takersfan. Quote
jitz Posted August 13, 2008 Author Posted August 13, 2008 Oh my god, there are so many stupid people replying in my topic. You took a funny joke from Matt, and rape it of it's fun and tried to analyse it. Such idiotic analysis of a sentence was was purely made to poke fun has not been seen since Aero's thesis on Northern Ireland. Now me, I'm off to go fuck a Korean. What's that? No one's asking North or South? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER, THEY'RE BOTH KOREAN. *holds hands high in victory* Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 I've decided, I'm not English, I'm an East Londoner, and the basis for my argument is that the population of East London is larger than the whole of Northern Ireland. Quote
Aero Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Now me, I'm off to go fuck a Korean. What's that? No one's asking North or South? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER, THEY'RE BOTH KOREAN. it seemed to make a pretty big difference when there was a war. also, shockingly yet another friend went to see the dark knight, a friend i had not discussed the movie with, and they said the same thing i've been saying about it. they also added that joker scenes aside, alot of the "big lines" of the movie where shit - "the knight is always darkest before the dawn" who has sat up to watch a sunrise the whole elongated line about how batman is a hero, but he's not a hero, he's what gotham city deserves, a knight, thats why we'll hunt him or what ever.... again balls he fired off a few more, and i have to admit, he had a point! i was unaware tho that apparently batmans voice was dubbed, so its someone elses voice!?!?! i did not know this... it may be a lie Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 So that's now four imaginary friends whom agree with Aero. My god Chris, he has the argument well on his side. Quote
Aero Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 oh theres more, i can happily come up with 8 imaginarey friends, all with different names, jobs, ages and heights... 1 of them may even not like pizza Quote
CanaMatt Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 You realize "the night is darkest before the dawn" is a historical saying, correct? Batman's voice is not dubbed, and I can't recall that line exactly so I can't comment. Quote
Aero Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 it's still inaccurate, as for the dubbing, i've searched and am fairly sure its made up too lol Quote
jitz Posted August 14, 2008 Author Posted August 14, 2008 It's a metaphor Aero, for "Things are going to get worse before they get better". See, you clearly need every line translated for you. The elongated line about Batman now being hunted, yes it was long. When you make a hero like Batman, a villain in the eyes of his city, a lot of people may not be able to work out why he did it. So they literally spelt out why, so people like you, who clearly didn't understand most the movie, could understand the ending. Quote
Aero Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 im telling you what my 4th imaginary mate said, i'm saying i can see his point, and sorry but that last line was fucking stupid, it annoyed me both times i saw it Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 I'm glad it was so bad you saw it twice. Quote
Aero Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 when did i say it was soooo bad? i gave it a DECENT rating, and i was dragged along the nd time by my mate because i told him that even if for the joekr alone, he had to see it... not my fault he wouldnt go on his own, but he paid for everything... yes i was his bitch for the night. im just saying its not draw droppingly spectacular. its not like i gave it "tree owta ten dere" now was it Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 You should stop talking soon Aero, you are losing all credibility you have. To save Aero; this topic is now about something he knows about...Potatoes. Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 I don't like mash. What's the point in cutting a potato if you are just going to bash it beyond all recognition. Quote
Aero Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 nah man, mash can be good, you batter the fuck out of them yes, but boil them in water with a bit of salt then throw in a nob of butter b4 u mash, is awesome tasty. tho kerrs pinks peeled then boiled are pretty good without being mashed! Quote
RingMaster2001 Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Anyone had potato gratan? that is just heaven. Quote
phil Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 yes i was his bitch for the night. History hath been made! Anyone had potato gratan? that is just heaven. Hmm. Never tried it but I might give it a taste. And I'm with Aero on the delectability of mashed potatoes. Quote
Aero Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 mashed potato is also commonly refered to as MASH Quote
