Next April im thinking about buying a tent and riding my bicycle across Canada and then taking the easy way out and flying back home. I think it will be a fun trip to do, it will probably be shitty and cold for the first month or so but I figure I bring a warm sleeping bag and warm clothes with me and then buy cooler clothes once the warmer weather starts. Currently I am living in Nova Scotia which for those of you who don't know is on the east coast of Canada and British Columbia is on the far west coast.

After checking in with the google map function, it is telling me that the trip is 6,103km. I am going to find different directions though, google planned out a trip of going through the United states to get there which is not something I feel like doing.

I figure I'll live by the road rules of "truck stops and flip flops" when it comes time to shower and grab a big breakfast in the mornings to start the day. Chances are I won't make it very far in this trip but if worse comes to worse I can make up a lie about being attacked my a polar bear in new brunswick.

Obviously I am going to need money for this, is there anybody who would like to sponser my trip? perhaps we can have t-shirts made up with the members picture, the st logo and how much money they donated. I'll make sure to get the shirts signed by people I meet along the way and then mail them back to the members of st, how do you like that idea? Your very own souvenier!
