Changing attires?

I am kinda new to "hacking" and I was wondering if anyone could help me with changing the attire of a wrestler in the game (Trish Stratus) I was wanting to give her a more updated attire for the time

The skirt is lame, I want to give her some wrestling attire ^^^^^, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it! would I have to make the attire first? I can easily do that in Photoshop but yea, any help would be lovely, thanks.
