Looks good, however I do not like the way he used the paint for the hockey mask. It's good in theory, but when you see him in action the mask will stretch when he's supposed to be talking. It will look odd. Also, he made the light skinned Jason, when I think the darker decaying Jason looks cooler.

If anything I might just use the formula as a loose guideline to create Jason, but I think it could be much better. That's too bad to, because he made an awesome Freddy.
