Thats it. Now, its not really THAT great, the lower body underwear still remains, but you can now remove the upper. There is not any nipples on the breasts, but some creative logo positioning should do the trick for the most part.

I tried to convert it to PAL myself, but I seemed to crash the game on start up everytime. Strange given it's just a simple layer colour change code.

So yeah it stays as NTSC for now, but if someone more skilled than us can take this idea and make a working PAL version, all the more power to them.
