Spectre Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 From IGN: The Incredible Hulk panel is happening right now at New York Comic-Con, and a hot sizzle reel was just unveiled for the rapt audience. We'll get the details on the footage up on IGN as soon as possible, but this item has to be reported on stat! Here it is: Tony Stark shows up in the film in a cameo appearance. He walks into a bar where General "Thunderbolt" Ross is pounding whiskey. "It smells like stale beer in here," Stark retorts. "You always have such nice suits," Ross replies. "I hear you have a little problem," continues Stark, obviously in reference to the green goliath. We've heard talk for some time now that the two films would crossover in some way, but now it's confirmed. We saw it with our own eyes two minutes ago Well there was talk that Samuel Jackson had a cameo in Iron Man As Nick Fury, but it got cut out for time. If Norton does his own cameo in Iron man, then this could lead up to an Avengers Movie, thed just need Thor(which there has been talks of a movie), Wasp and Ant-Man to have the Originals. Quote
Aero Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 theres been word of an avengers movie for a while. ryan reynolds has been cast as thor or something, think he's playin some other super hero too. Quote
Big Bizang Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Edgar Wright has been working on an Antman script ever since he finally caved to the studio forcing him to write one as far as I remember. Yes, THAT Edgar Wright. Quote
jitz Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Yeah Avi Arad has said that where multiple Marvel properties are with the same production studio, expect more cameos that make sense in future. I wouldn't be holding my breath for an Avengers movie though, the sheer cost of the idea throws it out of the realm of possibility. Quote
Spectre Posted April 21, 2008 Author Posted April 21, 2008 When are they going to make a Captain America Movie. they need to make one Quote
jitz Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 He's a hard character to put on the big screen. His costume is ridiculous, and an ultra-patriotic American soldier? No one outside of America cares. Major studio pics needs worldwide appeal and with a lot of anti-American movements around the world world right now, putting all your money into a movie called 'Captain America' is definitely the dumbest thing to do. jitz Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Yeah I was quite the X Men fan back in the mid 1990's; I picked up a few comics a few years ago and was completely fucking lost in what the hell was going on. So yeah I know a few things, like for one, all comic book characters required massive tits in the mid 90's; Psylocke came with an obvious bonus too. Now I only need some chances to reference Cyclop's wife, The White Queen... Quote
