Jeff Hardy Theme?

Alright so I was watching Disorderly Conduct Videos on Spike and then all of the sudden on this part where a cop is chasing a car the old Jeff Hardy Theme starts playing some I'm like WTF and I also heard it on a preview of the series premiere of Ghost Hunters International.So my point is cant like the WWE sue for using the theme since it has copyrights?And also when the credits showed I dint see anything about theme being owned by the WWE or anything like that.

Unless they seeked permission prior to using it then I guess they could sue them over it if they didn't give any credit to the artist.

His music is stock music. That's why you hear his and Crash Holly's theme on that channel every fucking day.

Is his theme song the same as it was years ago? If so, then yep, stock music.

You might remember years ago, in an old SmackDown game, he didn't have his proper theme music. Reason behind this was the WWE didn't own it, so THQ would have had to of paid another licensor who owned the music for the rights - which THQ being tightarses at the time didn't do.

So yeah, WWE don't own that music. Subrick is right for a change, it's stock music.
