So in the space of a week I've had three presentations dropped on me. Last night, for today, and today I found out I've one on thursday to prepare.

Got a website to finish this week, havin a meetin aboutu that tomorrow.

Polish dissertation tonight to print tomorrow and bind tomorrow for monday

tomorrow I prepare a presentation

and heres the killer blow.

Friday, I thought- rest?

No chance.

My parents have gotten me a contact in RARE (well, he now works for Free Radical Design) who I'm to contact about jobs as he's recruiting. Fuck, its such a great opportunity, but its too soon. My portfolio is nowhere near complete for a games job yet (i was planning on doing that in my spare couple of months after uni)

So now its actually, Friday-saturday-sunday, non-stop game asset work that I can hopefully show to this guy if I meet him to make a better impact/better job opportunity.

So basically thats my one and only break, fucked. Its a great thing - a great opportunity - but I just wish it came later. Anyway, wish me luck.

What College/University do you go to, ive probably asked before and gotten an answer but i keep forgetting. Oh and it seems like your having a good week, next week is vacation time maybe?

LOL.

I'm having the busiest week I've had in ages. Not good, stressful. I dont get vacations. If I'm not doing uni work (which I am, always) I've got countless other things I always have to get done. Including, now, this FRD stuff that can at least show them I know the workflow.

Coventry uni. They bombed it once, rebuilt it ugly, just wish the germans would come back around and finish the city off.

i'm off this week, i've got to get up every day, at some stage, to prove i'm alive, i'm choosing to go to the bar a few nights tho.

I've had a pretty relaxing week, haven't really worked much lately, only a few shifts a week, due to both the fact I did 14 hour shifts every day for 26 hours straight, and the whole mom incident. Not really too worried either, as I just got a cheque in the mail for $34,864.50.

I'm stuck taking pre-SATs for school for, as the Board of Ed says, "practise". I have another 2 weeks of testing to go and I'm burnt out. I need my Pepsi and Slipknot.
