Don't lie. List what you ate today. Chronological order would be nice. Bonus points for female anatomy.

  • 2 pieces of multi-grain toast with vegemite
  • apricot museli bar
  • fish oil tablet
  • banana
  • yogurt
  • protein shake with milk
  • foot long turkey sub on honey oat
  • powerade
  • subway cookies
  • orange juice (pre workout)
  • protein shake with water (post workout)
  • steak
  • baked potato
  • salad
  • few little chocolates
  • baked beans
  • and like about 4 or 5 bottles of water during the day

Fast metabolisms = big food bill.

I caught that cold/bronchitis bug goin around and unfortunately I've got so much shit in my system even the thought of food turns my stomach. Naturally I have to get it when we're moving this weekend so rather than packing I've been laying in bed watching movies and coughing my ass off. Some toast does sound good, I think I'm gonna try and eat some tomato soup and toast for lunch.

breakfast:

4 slices of toast heavily coated in butter

2 packets of walkers cheese and onion

3 cups of tea

a ritz style biscuit

lunch:

1 small/medium portion of chips

1 slice of lemon cake

1 cup of tea

tea:

tomato soup with fresh croutons and 2 slices of bread

2 cans of carlsberg

three eggs

glass of milk and glass of orange juice

lunch:

two ham and cheese sandwiches

couple cookies

apple

banana

milk

chocolate chip muffin

apple juice box

after workout:

protein shake

protein power bar

after school:

about half a bag of doritos

glass of coke

supper:

three cheeseburgers

one hotdog

two thirds of a bag of chips

one and a half cans of coke

Lucky Charms - Kids cereal is the funnest way to start the day

1 x Toasted Sundried Tomato Ciabatta

1 x Toasted Cheese Ciabatta

Baked Beans - Because Lucky Charms aren't a partcularly nutritional fuel for 2 hours of driving lessons followed by a driving test

Snack - Heart-shaped Chocolate lolly.

Cant really remember everything

Few chocolates (while she was out) that I bought for the woman

Likewise, her fudge (lol innuendo.)

Big dark chocolate heart from hotel chocolat

sour cola bottles (did not like)

kinder egg

chicken and cous cous (dinner the first)

takeaway pizza (dinner the second)

and for what I've drunk

four coffees, three decaf

three beers (its only tiger lager)

a glass of water

and thats it

All of the food today I only bought the fudge and chocolates of hers and kinder egg, the rest was off people

Breakfast - Froot loops with whole fat milk. I'm trying to switch milk but man.

Lunch - My crappy impersonation yiros/gyros/kebab/souvlaki. Pita bread with a hash brown I cut in half, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, olives, 2 weird indian sauces I found lying around (one was red, but not tomato sauce, one was green). It was actually pretty good despite tasting nothing like a yiros whatsoever.

Yeah, no dinner yet. Man CS what the hell man? How can you eat that much? I mean, I probably could, but hell I try to eat controlled and I still have a beer belly, and I go to the gym and play tennis, and random other crap. Do you have a fast metabolism?
