A few different questions...

So here goes...

1. So I've been playing with SvR 2008 for the most part, and have never tried my hand at '07. With '08, the YAF files are very picky (this is the music file) and does not allow for one file to be replaced with another unless it is smaller in size. Are the AFS files in '07 as picky? Or am I able to put in whatever size I like?

2. This question kind of depends on the above answer. I just bought a hard drive, and so ISO size doesn't make a difference to me. Does it make a difference to my PS2? SvR07 is obviously a certain size to fit on one DVD, but if I have a hard drive, will the game still run properly if it's even larger than a DVD9 disc? (this is theoretical, I've not tried this and so if no one knows, it looks like I have a project)

3. Is there some way to place a video where there is a WWE Logo placeholder and have it linked to a CAW instead of replacing a video which already exists in the CAW menu?

4. Finally (I know, I have a lot of questions), are you able to alter face skins in the CAW? I assume so, but I figure since I'm asking all these other questions, I may as well ask this one.

Hopefully y'all can help out. I'm sorry if some of these questions have been answered elsewhere on the forum, but I haven't been able to find anything (which doesn't mean they aren't there, I just haven't found them). Most of these I can learn through experimentation, so if no one knows, it's no biggie. Thanks!

1. There are no custom soundtrack features on '07.

3. Yes but its insanely hard

4. Not quite sure what you mean.

In theory you could edit the face skins and it would make it really easy to then add a skin of someone else like you can in most pc games, the only problem I think you would have is actually finding out where they are. But it is possible, it's something that was done for WWF RAW on the PC and it worked well.

This is probably the one thing I would like to know about primarily. In trying to alter SvR08 (the YAF File), I seem to remember someone making the comment that they were able link CAWs with the WWE Logo files using a cheat device (no clue which). Of course, I can't find where the guy mentioned it, so I can't ask him about it. Anyhow, I'll probably be testing the other things as well soon. If anyone has any insight on it, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll let you know how well it works.

I'm not too sure what you mean, do you mean the WWE Logo titantron? As far as I know theres only one copy of it in the game, although I could be wrong. You'd be able to replace it though.

Actually, there are several copies of the WWE Logo video. My best guess is that the game originally had more wrestlers and therefore more videos...but those wrestlers were cut and instead of leaving the videos in they replaced them with the WWE Logo video. The SvR editting sticky up top shows the file listing of the video files.

Only one of those WWE Logo videos can be linked to the WWE Logo video in the CAW menu. My question is whether or not I can use AR Max cheats (that's the cheat device I have) or some other means to use those placeholders as videos for my CAW (or anyone else for that matter).

Ah right, yeah you should be able to do that. I'm not sure if anyone has found the caw titantrons mods though, if I come across them i'll let you know.
