How does it work with the grid?

I never understood that..

There's a paint tool that shows a grid that you can then fill in to create a pattern, then you just use it as if you where selecting a tattoo and place it whereever you want.

It's similar to how you create Team Badges in Pro Evo if you've ever tried it.
