Unicorn vs. Narwhal

SO I'm setting here pretty high and a question came to my mind, who would win a fight between a Unicorn and a Warwhal.

where is the fight taking place? if its underwater Narwhal/Warwhal would clearly win, on land, it goes to the unicorn, however, if the unicorn could fashin some form of underwater breathing apparatus that doesnt cause too much restriction on its manhooverability, mixed with a month or 2 to prepare, uni would win hands down again.

If it was to go down to some form of horn fight I think the narwhal would have it won on the basess of that it looks like it would have more quickness in moving and striking with the horn than the unicorn, unicorns necks are usually very muscular and I think it'd have alot of difficulty keepin up with the narwhal.
