Got a Lomography Holga camera, some Nudie Slim Jim jeans, Jean Paul Gaultier homme, two bottles of CK One, a really nice Red/Blue lumberjack shirt, A Bugged Out Mix by Klaxons on CD, American Psycho and Bonfire of the Vanities books, and the usual socks/boxers which this year are actually wearable, and some toiletries which I probably won't use because I only use certain products, but bless Mum for trying. I got my Mum some GHD's and my Dad a couple of games for his DS, so therefore I also got some GHDs, and a couple of games for my DS...

Hitting the sales with a couple of friends when I've done my hair to see what else I can get.

Can we compare shittest presents? I feel that there must be SOMETHING positive that can result from me getting a disgusting green Che Guevara t-shirt in size XL...

I got mostly cash, FIFA08 on the 360, Al Murray's new book, some toiletries and a load of sweets.

I've just spent some of the cash on some new jeans and stuff from Topman, the rest is going on an Itrim shaver and a 500gb media hdd for my tv.

Boo I didn't get anything. Possibly something to do with me being non-Christian... but I did have a nice Christmas day, going house to house and mooching off others' celebrations. It all came down to: Australians love beer and lots of meat, Greeks love making a ridiculous amount of food more than is needed and then forcing you to eat it to make up for the fact, my family celebrates with nachos (?), some people are still dicks even on Christmas. Joy.

ANYWAY, I have a lot of money so I'm going to buy myself a bike my friend is building for me, an overdue haircut, maybe try the ol' gym thing again, some nice clothes and this really nice fragrance I smelt the other day which is much better than my current Hugo Boss (which I bought with bias because of the cool silver case), and it is called Joop Jump. It's good stuff.

And the rest is going towards this thing called Tunarama, which is a tuna throwing festival. I don't even know what to say that would express how ridiculous the idea is, so I'll just link you to the website:

we bummed them when I was in college but I never got round to getting one to this day. I still reckon someone should just make a filter process on a normal digi camera to simulate cross processing and light bleeds of those cameras, and make themselves a shitload of money. Problem with lomography is its still analog - great for somethings but printing is expensive still, if your doin it yourself, and cross processing is even harder to get done. Short of setting up your own lab but that in itself is an expense.

Not knocking the camera, it makes lovely images, but its just the fiver a pop thats held me back really.

I got a couple of wii games despite only asking for one, Unreal tournament 3 for the editor (fucking play.com sent the wrong one though, so I havent got the tut dvd I needed.ARSE.)

And a fucking amazing 12" Alien figure off the woman. Its immense. But mostly, I got what I wanted, in part, and that was some fucking time off from doing any work at all.

Yeah I didn't do my homework properly and thought 120 film would be able to be developed anywhere, apparently only Jessops do it, which is an inconvenience.

When I find some foam around the house I'm gonna do a temp mod so that I can use 35mm film in it, and cause the film is smaller if you get a contact sheet printed then the photos cover all of the negative, including the top and bottom perforations. Should be a hoot. Depending how it turns out I might just use 35mm all the time if 120 is gonna cost
