Helicopter with ladder

While holding a ladder, press R3 (PS3) or click the Right Analog-stick (Xbox 360) to do the "Helicopter".

the helicpoter spin is : you put a ladder on your head and spin arrond with it

The ladder helicopter move is pretty cool, but after a short while you collapse from being dizzy.
