WEC just signed a nice deal with the Versus network that'll last through the end of 2008, so I doubt it's them. Or else this would be a Zuffa announcement, not a UFC announcement.

Either way, this is great news for fans of free MMA. I can never get enough free UFC, and I'll be happy watching it through 2011. :)
