If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa. Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it. On the topic of the foot thing if you focus on somthing else like the text at the bottom and eventually the leg will look like it's wobbling if you focus on it then it will spin a certain way depending on where the leg was when you focused on it.
