Thom Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 I know that a few of you here go to the gym, so what's your routine? I joined mine about 5/6 weeks ago, so I'm just getting into the swing of things, and I do the following 3 times a week. I don't know the names of the machines, so I'll try and give a brief description. (All weights are approximations, I don't remember exactly) Bicep Curls: 3 x 12 reps, 3 or 4 times per session, 19.5kg (I think?), moved up to 23kg yesterday, so I'll see how that goes. Pec deck: 3 x 12 reps, 3 or 4 times per session, 16kg + the smaller weight that you can pin in. Lat pull-down: 3 x 12 reps, 3 times per session, 36kg Lat push-up: 3 x 12 reps, 2 or 3 times per session, 16kg Leg Extension: 3 x 12 reps, 2 times per session, 26kg Leg Curl: 3 x 12 reps, 2 times per session, 36kg Cycle Machine: 15minutes Fat Burner program, Level 13. Usually about 8.5kg but ibviously improves with time. 200 stomach crunches with a cradle to make sure I do them properly. Later on I'm having a 1 on 1 with my trainer and he's going to show me some free-weight exercises, concentrating on my biceps, chest and abs. Never been to a gym before this one, and so far I'm really enjoying it. What do you all do? Quote
