There was a fake version released the day the movie came out, were someone had taken a load of clips from the series and stuck them together to make a film. I had a feeling it was fake though and switched it off thinking the movie was really bad, although since I've seen the real one it's ok, but it's not as good as I though it would be.

It's hard watching cartoons that are made into movies, because they just seem like longer episodes.

The only cartoon to movie I thought pulled off the movie feel was South Park, mainly because the musical parts and special effects were something new, where as the simpsons didn't really have anything "new" in the movie version.

it was just wank, plain and simple
