im sure i read in this thread that you have FTP access, yet dont know what it is or how to use it. from what most of us here see, you do little/nothing on this board in terms of improvments and keeping the place alive, something that i know HB has tried to do with his limited admin powers. what would be ideal would be to readmin HB and hand over any FTP access you may have, THEN step down as admin. we know HB to be loyal to the board, and to try his best to keep things organised and fresh.

We can advertise the site more wrestling fans will come nothings wrong other than people flaming and swearing at you when youre new(no offense) so give dem a warning so they dont leave. And try not to dis cena fans much just say its their opinion and u dont care unless hes really an asshole. It would be nice also if we had couple more caws because people like me came here for that and just signed up for the hell of it. Really, this place has no need for archives. Mods should have a forum where they are able to move unwanted topics, where the admins delete the topics when they can.

HB, as sympathetic of your stance as I am I think you should stop bashing Supa and others. Some people just don't have the knowledge or ideas to make changes, now I know you argue that "OMG they shouldn't have been made admin then!!" but it's not exactly their final decision on whether they get given powers or not.

It's been the case of Paul not visiting enough for years, why bring it up now. There is a reason the board the board is lacking activity, its a simple case of fads. Wrestling and Wrestling Games were a fad and now no body is interested in them anymore it's expected that activity is going to lay off. The only reason people like Sal, Jitz, Ming, Don, Myself e.t.c. still post on this board is because we have 'known' eachother for years. Truth is if SD2H was still up now then we wouldn't really give a fuck what was going on here, well to be fair it would be dead.

fads or not, its the fact that hb couldnt even install skins without mots' presence, not because he had to ask permission, but because he didnt have access to this sites image host. its not like we need a team of super admins or anything. we just need at least one admin who can run this place in mots' absence. with that admin, nobody will have to ask where mots is, because it simply wont fucking matter since theres another, active admin to take care of shit.

basically, what we need is a new mots. id nominate myself, but i cant promise that i wont ban don. so yeah, hb or aero. or both. whatever.

My posts have sounded pretty harsh. I'll be the first to admit that. I sound like a little kid that didn't get his toy. But to see this place with such huge potential go to waste kills me. Supa used to be an amazing admin. I'll be the first to admit that. Plenty of people jumped on his ass from the beginning. But I stood up for him. He archived and posted CAW's and hacks for the main site and the forums. Which was what we were known about. He continued that tradition for a brief amount of time.

But lately, it's like night and day with him. No longer is he an active member. He doesn't take the steps to insure this site's future. Instead of see him step down as admin, I would rather him step up as a person and realize that this place isn't what it used to be. Something needs to change and he has the power to do that. This is a website we were talking about. I'm not asking you to dedicate your life to it. I'm asking you to take time out of your day to make little changes. To add some input. Ask members what they think of certain changes. Is it that hard to dedicate yourself to this place that is full of loyal people?

This post was made for one reason. For Paul to take notice. To realize Aero and myself can't change this place with minimal powers. If you are giving us your trust to this place, then give us all your trust. I'm sick of PMing you to add a skin. I'm tired of asking you to make the main site. I'll be glad to do every bit of it. I have Aero's advice. I have Sal's critiques. And I have an entire board that doesn't want to see this place die behind me.

It's time to realize that you can trust us, Paul. We're only wanting this place to continue to grow. Until then, I can't accept being admin if I can't make the proper changes that this place deserves.
