Legendeath Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 A.K.A Rage Against The Machine. Well I got this months issue of Guitar World (A great magazine) and Ta-Da on the cover I see " Tom Morello, Goodbye Audioslave Hello, Rage Against the Machine". Well now that RATM is coming back together any thoughts? Quote
Heart Breaker Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I made a post about this awhile back, but no one seemed to care. lol. But I am really excited about this. They are reuniting this Sunday and since the tickets for Coachella '07 sold out so fucking fast, I'll be tuning in from my computer. Also, as soon as Rage reunited, I knew Audioslave was doomed. Chris Cornell has been expressing for awhile now, that he wanted to do a solo project. (Yet again.) So with Rage reuniting and Cornell planning on going solo once more, Audioslave was fucked from the start. And I honestly, couldn't be happier. Quote
Nemo Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I made a post about this awhile back, but no one seemed to care. lol. ... we still dont. Quote
Heart Breaker Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I knew it was coming. Thanks for raining on my parade. AGAIN. Jerkface. Quote
jitz Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 RATM vs Smashing Pumpkins, battle of the reformed bands. I'd put more faith in RATM, but I'm hoping the Pumpkins can pull it off. Quote
Aero Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 erm.. audioslave officially split up a few months ago because of chris cornell did they not, none of this "thinking about" crap Quote
Big Bizang Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 The first Audioslave album is still incredible. Quote
Aero Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 i have 3 albums, think thats all of them, and they all rock. chris cornell is playing dublin as support for aerosmith, i'm stoked! Quote
Heart Breaker Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 If anyone can't make it to Los Angeles, like myself, there's an AT&T webcast of the entire concert. I just watched Bjork's performance. She has an amazing voice. Either way, Red Hot Chilli Peppers is on Saturday. And Rage is Sunday night. Can't wait to hear both of their performances. Edit. Almost forgot to post the link. http://blueroom.att.com/events/coachellaschedule.php Quote
