jitz Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 Hill I understand that you missed out on the phenomenon that was Duck Hunt, it was probably never released in India. Today you might measure a gamer's skill by how many 'frags' he gets, or judge him by his lousy level 3 mage (L3MFL). But Hill, there was once a time when you showed your true hardcore skill by shooting ducks that flew across the screen, mixed in together with some skeet shooting. If you sucked it up big time, a dog laughed at you and it was the ultimate gaming humiliation. There's simply no equivalent to it today. Quote
Subrick Posted May 12, 2007 Posted May 12, 2007 Duck Hunt was the first game I ever played. I used to have an NES hooked up in my kitchen. The only two games I had were Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros. It was a golden period for me. Sadly, the NES broke, and I got a Playstation. Ridge Racer took me to heaven. Quote
