Jonny Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 Okay, so I installed a new 250GB harddrive yesterday. Because I hadn't updated my windows XP version to SP2 at that time, only 127GB was available. Now the other half is un-allocated and needs to be allocated with the rest. I tried using Partition Magic, but it was only a demo and wouldn't let me using any of the useful options. Is there any other programs that I could use? Quote
scoot Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 you can use windows to set the partition. right click my computer>manage>disk managment now click on where it says unallocated space within the 250GB, right click and select 'new partition' the rest should be very obvious Quote
Jonny Posted April 13, 2007 Author Posted April 13, 2007 I already tried that hours ago, it doesn't merge the unallocated memory with the rest. Quote

Jonny Posted April 13, 2007 Author Posted April 13, 2007 My comp kicks ass too. Almost instant booting times in games. No lag at all, even when doing alot of multitasking. I just have to sort my firewall out and partitian the rest of my HDd. Quote
Aero Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 i just use my routers firewall mixed with windows own firewall and its always proved safe enough Quote
Jonny Posted April 13, 2007 Author Posted April 13, 2007 I'm only using windows' firewall. I don't know why Bit Torrent won't connect, even with my firewall off, it still stays in the "scanning for firewall" function. Do you know of any safe programs, other than Bit Torrent, that's great for app & game downloads? Quote
Jonny Posted April 14, 2007 Author Posted April 14, 2007 Tried it a few minutes ago, can't connect to that either. : / Quote
Fozy Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 What do you mean your computer kicks ass? Get to fuck, you ugly cunt. Quote
