Aero Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 roma looked pathetic, i may hate utd, but i'm still suspicious of this, not gonna say match was fixed, but my brother had a good point, he thought they wanted to drop out rather than face being kicked out at a later date due to all the crap that happened in the 1st leg, they are likely to get a lesser punishment now. 1 reason i'm kinda swinging towards believing that is that roma made no substitutions until the 86th minute, i mean jesus christs, if i was 3-0 down i'd have taken someone off! 1 reason im not so sure is that they lost 7-1, 7-1 is quite degrading even if you wanted to loose. RingMaster2001 Posted April 13, 2007 Author Posted April 13, 2007 I'm afraid the Leperacaun is right Aero. That is a ridiculous theory. Maybe they were just outplayed. Quote
Aero Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 i said i was suspicious, not that i believed it. mayb it was a case of them intending to loose, letting utd get an early goal then holding it but with utd getting the 3 so fast they just gave up after that, mayb not, either way, utd still raped them. Joe =/ Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 The thing is, their goal was one of the best of the night. Carrick scored some crackers too. Quote
bigpoppn Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 United rocked that night,i only watched till the third goal of Man U and then played some SvR2007 and i looked back and it was 7-1.It was a great night for Man U,a fucked up match for Roma.Still nice to see. Quote
