grand national, anyone?

ok, i dunno how well known the grand national is outside of the uk, but i had a thought-

seeing how just about any horse can win this thing, i was thinking we did some sort of sweepstakes on it, anyone who enters gets a horse (no iain jokes please... or Lain jokes, that is not a viable "loophole") the winner can select anybody who is in the sweepstakes who didnt win, to extract punishment upon, ie sig/avitar/screen name of their choice for a month. anyone interested?

i didnt put this in the betting topic as its not very popular, and for this to work i need a decent few names, if i dont get enough, i'll just give everyone 2 horses or something like that, i realise that would mean 2 winners but thats fine with me.
