Myself and a some rude, crude, righteous partying dudes are having a pre-club party at my place, going to a club, then going to an afterparty at somebody elses house, the thought of which is just about getting me through work at the minute. Anybody else having a fiesta of monster proportions?

I'm kind of excited/nervous cause tonight I'm applying for a DJ slot at a local club, so all I can think about today is potential mixes. I really should have prepared more.

I think I'll need it, it's a club which plays predominantly metal and indie music, and I'm trying to get a dance slot there, so I need to think of crossover artists that'll keep everybody happy.

As for my saturday, WELL. I got woken up, went to the new art gallery with the family (first time we've been out together in years, it was quite nice)

Then I bought Twilight Princess for the Gamecube, as Im not getting a wii for just a few games and the GCN version was limited print... Im saving it for my birthday though so i essentially bought my own present. dear me

and ive just been negotiating a job with someone... not so awesome but it needs to be done. Also might get a job for a record label sometime in the near future. which is nice.

add some sort of extra bass to smells like teen spirit, ive heard that in a few places that play almost all dance/trance. i even saw the same thing ina porno once, the guy was being a real........well Thom to the ladies, thevideokept cutting to diffrent scenes, and low and behold in one of the cuts i hear 'hello, hello, hello, hello, how low'.

Right well I had a great setlist, drank two bottles of wine and did it live while I had friends over, and they kept distracting me and requesting songs, so it didn't turn out as good as I'd hoped, and now my laptop has had to go in for repairs. I've got a few more sets planned for when I get it back though. I'll upload them for your approval when I've recorded them.
