crunk Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Does anyone know of a good program to copy individual songs from a ipod mini to a ipod video? Quote
jitz Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/ipod-software Go there. You have to go to your PC's hard drive first, I don't think any programs let you go straight ipod to ipod. Off the top of my head your options are Anapod Explorer - great program for all iPods, not free, very limited trial, get yourself a less than legal version EphPod - Great free program, I think it allows transfers to your PC CopyPod - Simple program that only copies songs from iPod's to hard drives EDIT - And Don, iTunes doesn't let you copy music off an iPod due to piracy. RingMaster2001 Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 (edited) Quick and easy, and no need to download anything..... Put your iPod to "Use disk space" on options, and then go to the iPod on my computer. Go to Folder Options and click "See hidden files". Go to the iPod Control folder, and then copy the whole Music folder to your hardrive. Open up iTunes and Add Folder to Library. All the music from the iPod will now be in iTunes. Also I was wondering for a program that keeps uploading music and movies on your iPod but not on your computers harddrive. Quote

jitz Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 If you want to keep the songs that are on the other iPod doing that will screw up song names and probably even cause some songs not to show in the list. It's best to use a program made for the job, the iPod directory structure is a strange beast. Quote
