Thanks For Hitting My Car.

*Mom's car.

Here's the story. I drive my mother's car every night to my girlfriend's house. The same old fucking routine day in and day out. My girlfriend has a room mate. Jessica. She's a pretty cool girl. I have nothing bad to say about her. Well, she has a boyfriend named Sam. I park next to Sam every night. Well I'm leaving tonight (after Sam has already left) to find a noticeable dent on the front panel on the passegers side of the vehicle. I try to open the passenger door and it won't open. Now I can't use my mother's car at night (which is noticeably better and has incredible gas mileage) because of some fuck head that can't even back out of a parking space without hitting my car. Now. This doesn't piss me off too much. But Sam didn't even tell me he hit it. He just went home like it was nothing.

If you fucking hit someone's car, you owe them an explanation. Simple as that. Don't simply wait for me to discover that my car has been totally fucked.

The insurance should cover the damages. Or atleast I hope so. But I'm so fucking tempted to press charges. But I'll live. But I consider it a fucking hit and run. Which is a felony, I believe. Too many people in my town are shady individuals. Hell, too many people in this country are shady individuals and now I get to drive in an unreliable car every night. Thanks for hitting my car.

Wow you really warmed up into that one, starting all nice like everyone was great, then at the end shady characters are everywhere and they're all out to get you and your now apparently unreliable car (a broken door).

You door got hit, you have reason to be angry at the position it's put you in. Go to the cops and ask them what your choices are, they might just say "sorry kid, just get the insurance job and forget it because it'll cost more time and effort convicting him of anything and getting money out of him", then you move on with life. Fact is if the US system is anything like the Australian system, civil court is fucked. It'll cost you hundreds simply to have your case heard before a judge and you're likely to get very little in return for someone reversing into your passenger door.

I'd take it to Judge Judy personally, she'd give a good pep talk on responsibility. She'll only award you 50 bucks, but it'll be a good laugh watching her yell at you and this Sam character.

actually, judge judy (or whichever tv judge you prefer) pays the plaintiffs for what they're suing for, even if they lose.

good stuff.

Sal there's been plenty of Judge Judy cases that haven't had the money awarded.

Don. Let me explain karma to you. Okay?

If I hit a car, and drove off. Then the next week, my car got hit and someone drove off, that's karma. Got it?

You're missing my point... How about I just say "That's what you get." Will that do, Sir?

This is what I get for not moderating you? A wrecked car? Brilliant, Don. Very witty of you.

I should have made it clear by now I could give two shits about being modded. I've said that countless times already... I love they everyone here thinks I'm that pety.

Then please. Next time I make a post about my mother's car being wrecked, do me one favor. Don't reply with "That's what you get, sir."

Thx.

I'd rather you use the philosophy "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Alright sir?

Zyxt is listed as the last word in the online Oxford English Dictionary don, you can have that!
